Senior Product Manager- Marketo

Sr Product Manager Knowledge: - User identity and Single-Sign-On - Roles and Permissioning - Application Authentication and Authorization - User & Entitlement Administration Product Management Skills: - Partner closely with other Product Managers, UX Designers, Product Engineering Teams and PMOs - Maintain product backlog, drive product roadmap and own prioritization process - Breakdown requirements to Epics, Features and User Stories for engineers to deliver - Lead QE/UAT/Application Migration process to meet business requirements - Communicate product/program status, metrics, goals and performance clearly to stakeholders throughout the organization Experience: 4-6 years

• Drive migration of Marketo user identity, single sign-on and provisioning systems to Adobe’s central identity and provisioning systems
• Define and drive cross-functional alignment on migration strategy, customer cohorts and customer communication
• Develop requirements(PRDs, UX designs) for user and subscription migration tools, participate in software lifecycle processes to get those tools developed and deployed into production.
• Enable internal teams (Support, CSM, Solutions, Sales, Marketing etc) on migration schedule, plans, tooling and technical knowledge.
• Engage with high profile customers during the migration process to ensure a smooth migration experience and business continuity for them.
• Partner with cross-functional data migration team, support and CSMs to participate in the migration activity
• Have an analytical mindset and find ways to measure the success of your product and the features you launch.
• Be data driven in your decisions.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Ability to thrive under pressure and function effectively in a fast-paced environment, providing strong leadership skills and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, organizational, verbal, written and presentation communication and interpersonal skills. A cross-functional influencer with ability to build strong relationships.
• 5+ years of experience as a product manager or technical program Manager or similar role.
• Experience with modern web/SaaS technologies and systems is a plus.
• Experience with identity and provisioning migration is a plus
