Bryce Space and Technology is looking for an experienced senior program manager (PM) to lead and manage a multi-million-dollar Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) program that supports our US Space Force, Space Systems Command (SSC) customer.  The Senior PM position will not directly support a government issued task orders but will oversee overall IDIQ program to include:  interface with government staff responsible for the IDIQ contract; work with BryceTech’s growth team to develop and execute capture plans for each opportunity; develop quick turn proposals that speak to the client’s needs; ensure successful execution of the IDIQ and awarded task orders Customer Background Information: Space Domain Awareness & Combat Power is the SSC Program Executive Office (PEO) focused on delivering cyber, ground- and space-based systems that rapidly detect, warn, characterize, attribute, and predict threats to national, allied, and commercial space systems, while also providing National Security deterrence capabilities countering those identified threats to prevail in a space conflict. SSC/SZ-BC provides highly classified Space Domain Awareness (SDA) systems, Defensive and Offensive Space Control (DSC/OSC) capabilities, and space test range assets to meet current and projected Department of Defense (DoD) operational requirements. SSC/SZ-BC develops, integrates, tests, deploys, sustains, and supports operations for systems that meet strategic and tactical operational needs. SSC provides unrivaled space systems to ensure survival for both the United States Space Force and our nation. These systems span the entire acquisition life cycle. This contract will support multiple SSC/SZ-BC programs, as well as various other Space Force, Air Force, and mission partner programs. The effort will support the development, advancement, and sustainment of weapon systems for Space Systems Command (SSC) Space Domain Awareness and Combat Power (SDACP) (SSC/SZ), Battle Management, Command, Control, and Communications (BMC3) (SSC/BC), and their mission partners. This mission area requires personnel with experience and an in-depth understanding of the environments that include ground, near-space, space, and any system that operates in those environments.  Minimum Knowledge and Experience:  1. Strong relationships with the customers (SSC/SZ and SSC/BC) to facilitate effective customer relations and timely staffing efforts. 2. Significant experience leading and providing direction to task order (TO) PMs and TO leads on all aspects of program execution to ensure successful delivery of the program to the customer. 3. Significant expertise managing a multi-organizational team responsible for writing comprehensive task orders to include staffing, win themes, benefits and solutions to win the TO.  4. Significant experience leading large geographically dispersed teams (>50 people) that resulted in successful program execution, compliance to program requirements, and completion of program deliverables. 5. Significant experience in executive level stakeholder management of both internal and customer stakeholders. 6. Significant experience in development of a program wide governance model and business rhythm to ensure successful completion of internal and customer program performance reviews. Description of work:  This candidate will report to BryceTech’s Aerospace & Defense division director and is responsible for: 1. TO development to include win theme & solution development, staffing, TO proposal writing and TO submittal.       2. Management of all Task Order (TO) program managers (PMs), integrated program team (IPT) leads and teammates to ensure the team is equipped to ensure TO objectives and deliverables are tracked, adhered to and achieved.  3. Overall program leadership and oversight of program performance parameters to ensure successful IDIQ level program execution.  4. TO staffing to ensure staffing efforts are promptly completed with highly qualified personnel. 5. Development of an IDIQ level governance model to ensure a business rhythm is identified and implemented to monitor program performance and perform mitigation activities.   6. IDIQ performance reviews on overall program performance to include staffing, cost, schedule, technical, risk and customer satisfaction. Ensure programmatic standards and best practices are communicated and adhered to by overall staff.      7.  Direction to TO PMs and IPT leads on areas of improvement, including acquisition process improvements. Provide actionable, feasible recommendations and execute tasks for reducing risk where appropriate.
