Minimum qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

8 years of experience in program or project management.

5 years of experience in a leadership role.

Preferred qualifications:

Master's degree or MBA in Engineering, or a related field.

3 years of experience managing people in Operations or Engineering teams.

Experience with supply/inventory planning, labor/deployment planning in the data center infrastructure domain (e.g., compute, storage or networking).

Experience within complex organizational settings (e.g., geographic dispersion, large organization).

Knowledge of data networking architectures and physical network components.

Ability to grow in an ambiguous environment.

Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Identify changes introduced by programs such as AlphaNet, drive business requirements, development and implementation with Engineering teams to land the program.

Partner with cross-functional teams in deployments, supply chain planning, operations and engineering to identify, develop and lead programs that improve our deployment velocity, inventory efficiency and supply resiliency.

Lead end-to-end development and execution of various capacity delivery strategies across supply planning, inventory management, deployment management by working closely with Supply, Material, Deployment, labor Planning teams.

Develop and lead new forums, reports with key stakeholders and leaders to identify and flag risks, delivery issues that need escalation, and highlight achievement of key milestones throughout the planning and execution cycles.

Lead analysis to understand root causes of capacity delivery delays and develop preventive processes.
