Must be able to convert to full time employment on (w2)

Hybrid Work - Must be available to work 2 days a week from Office. Must be local to Los Angeles, CA or willing to relocate.

Responsibilities:

Manages medium to large size complex projects or portions of large enterprise projects.
Performs work under general supervision.
May serve as a Scrum Master on an Agile team, helping the team through a combination of facilitation and coaching, while also helping those outside the team understand how to interact with the team.
Responsible for assembling project team, assigning individual responsibilities, identifying appropriate resources needed and developing/managing schedules to ensure timely completion of project.
Troubleshoots complex issues and risks, coordinates integration of various modules and ensures compliance with expected quality standards.
Ensures optimum utilization of resources and management of budgetary targets to meet goals.
Negotiates/sets/clarifies customer expectations. Communicates project status to ensure customer satisfaction.
May have responsibility for performance and coaching of staff and may have a participatory role in decisions regarding talent selection, development and performance management for direct reports.
Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (Information Technology. Business or a related discipline)
5-8 yrs. of related experience

Physical Requirements:

Requires regular and predictable attendance.
