Other benefits include Paid Time Off and Sick Leave.ResponsibilitiesThis position is remote, but will be expected to work PST business hours.Position Summary:The Sr Project Manager leads internal teams/task forces on enterprise wide projects. Responsible for planning, executing and managing multiple and/or large projects according to pre-determined timelines and budgets; assigning the project teams; building project plans; reporting status to the client and internal teams; and ensuring quality control throughout the project life cycle.QualificationsMinimum Qualifications:

6 years working in Project Management, and 3 years healthcare experience. Experience overseeing multiple projects across all lines of business. Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams in the development, planning and execution of project plans.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or other related field.

Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.

Strong problem-solving abilities.

Excellent communication skills; ability to effectively communicate relevant project information to superiors; able to read, write, and speak articulately, using established channels of communication and reporting relationships within the organization.

Willingness to work as part of a team, working collaboratively with others to achieve goals, solve problems, and meet established organizational objectives.

Strong organizational skills with ability to prioritize multiple priorities and work independently.

Preferred Qualifications:

Process improvement and/or experience working with project management tools (Microsoft Project, TCM, Six Sigma, etc.) preferred.

Agile, SCRUM, or Black Belt certifications preferred.

Clinical/healthcare operations project management experience preferred.
