SBS is seeking a Project Manager who will be essential to managing software implementation projects throughout their lifecycle, ensuring on-time, within-budget, and in-scope delivery while meeting quality expectations.This high-visibility role involves managing critical path, risk and issues, dependencies, change control, and pre-sales activities across workstreams within fast-paced projects, and in adherence with the SBS Project framework, while maintaining clear and consistent communication among internal stakeholders and customers.Location: San Francisco, CAHybrid: 2 Days Onsite (Occasional travel required)What will the role involve?Project Management and Delivery Lead and manage multiple software implementation projects of varying complexity concurrently. Develop and align multi-disciplinary project plans in collaboration with internal teams and customers. Establish and manage high-performing cross-functional project working groups. Coordinate and communicate scope, identify dependencies, and manage critical path for on-time, on-cost, on-spec delivery. Identify and manage project risks and issues with timely reporting, escalation, and resolution. Ensure adherence to the Change Control process for effective change management. Resolve issues promptly to ensure project delivery aligns with agreed plans. Capture lessons learned, drive continuous improvement, and enhance project management capabilities. Assist in pre-sales activities, including drafting proposals and supporting contracts (e.g., RFIs, RFPs, Shape of Demand, SOWs). Governance, Documentation & Stakeholder Management Organise, manage and prepare all project governance forums and materials in line with SF & SBS frameworks. Produce reporting and documentation, including collateral for Steering Committee and Portfolio review forums, to enable swift decision-making and support project success. Manage delivery of contractual outputs, ensuring quality and stakeholder sign-off. Maintain alignment with the Quality Plan and monitor agreed project KPIs to ensure objectives remain on target. Build strong relationships and drive satisfaction among stakeholders. Financial, Resource and Budget Controls Create and monitor resource allocation plans, to forecast, secure and manage demand effectively. Track project costs to ensure financial accountability.Secure revenue recognition through customer sign-off.
