Senior Project Manager – Survey Department

Responsibilities include:Preparing Records of Survey, LLA’s, Certificates of Compliance, Subdivisions and others.Preparing proposals & Service Agreements for potential clientsOccasionally performing field work – surveys, staking, site visits, managingManaging the field crew schedule and adjusting to the needs of the company and client as needed.Work with agencies on project related mattersPrepare and submit survey reportsWork with clients to ensure that their needs are metStay up-to-date on the latest land surveying regulations and standardsMaintain accurate and up-to-date records
