Senior Property Manager

We own and operate a 3 acre, 50 store 24/7 retail center near SOFI stadium.

We have operated this mall for 35 years and have recently remodeled every suite.

We are now looking for a Senior Property Manager with five to ten years experience in retail property management running these facilities.

The candidate must have at least a BA/BS from a four year university in Business Administration or in accounting. MBA would be preferable.

Candidate must be comfortable in managing all aspects of the property including working with the owner and attorneys on the leases, on managing all employees including maintenance, marketing, office staff, administrative.

Candidate must oversee the maintenance of the facility. The buildout of new suites with the owner who has experience.

Candidate must also be familiar with the accounting of the facility and work closely with our accountants and other financial staff.

Candidate must be extremely computer literate and understand the programs that are routinely used in a business office.

It would be a benefit if you are located close to the area to be available.

It would be helpful if you know of previous employees that you could contact in this industry to help the growing needs for additional personnel in the business.

Must be willing to make a commitment to the growth of the business and you will be well compensated for it.

The compensation will depend on past experience, education and willingness to commit to the job.
