Job DescriptionAbout this role:Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Property Manager for the California Retail portfolio, which consists of branches, ATM's, and specialty locations throughout the state of California.In this role, you will:

Oversee the operational continuity and preservation of all company owned, leased or managed leased real estate within a moderate scale and complex portfolio

Represent company interests with internal customers, vendors, landlords and external tenants

Negotiate building service agreements, project terms and conditions

Apply preferred operational service standard, effective asset preservation planning and work effort execution, and lead resources on real estate service solutions

Develop, lead and implement plans within the portfolio in support of occupancy and operational strategies

Lead plans within the portfolio in support of occupancy and operational strategies

Recommend portfolio strategies and contribute to, recommend and support overall business strategies and initiatives

Manage a team

Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals

Required Qualifications, US:

4+ years of Property Management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

Strong knowledge and understanding of real estate asset management

Comprehensive understanding of corporate leases

Strong comprehension of building systems, inspection, construction and infrastructure

Experienced with Corrigo or equivalent work order manager

BOMA RPA, CoreNet MCR, IREM CPM, LEED Green Associate or IFMA CFM certification

Prior experience in large matrix Fortune 500 Company Real Estate Department

Advanced problem solving and technical troubleshooting capabilities

Knowledge and understanding of strategic planning and execution

Customer service focus with the ability to balance needs of clients, shareholders, and team members

Strong communication skills and ability to articulate complex material to a diverse audience.

Business continuity planning experience

Job Expectations:

Valid driver's license

Ability to travel in assigned geography

Flexibility to frequently be on call beyond normal working hours

Pay RangeReflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location.
