The Senior Representative Maintenance will provide support to essential maintenance activities such as planning work orders execution preparation for what concerns to materials, and documentation for internal resources or contractors; scheduling work execution which will be critical alignment on available dates; MRO administrative management of maintenance parts inventory, stock analysis, procurement, and report analysis.Essential job functions:Procure and acquire parts needed for maintenance activities.

Maintain CMMS database for accuracy of inventory items entries by providing basic analytics, creating PowerPoint presentations, and utilizing the statistical program.

Organize and maintain spare parts technical documentation within the asset Bill of Materials (BOM).

Control preventive maintenance material fields in CMMS to ensure correct consumption.

Track and sort data to support departmental and Quality Council metrics.

Ensure timely completion of maintenance requisitions and purchase orders.

Provide guidance and critical pre-planning information to ensure all schedules and activities can be met in regards to spare part stock and procurement lead time.

Organize and control maintenance spare parts room, bin and shelf location code for proper set up and identification.

Organize and review quotes for accuracy and provide input where appropriate to solidify work being requested.

Assist technicians with ordering associated non-stock parts.

Compile and analyze operating budgets for maintenance spare parts, including forecasting and utilization for reporting, reviewing frequently with management.

May provide awareness training on CMMS MRO module.

Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Required Qualifications:High School Diploma or equivalent with 5 years of manufacturing experience.

Preferred Qualifications:Associates Degree and/or experience working in a regulated industry is preferred.

Strong computer skills including usage of MS Office Suite; CMMS experience preferred.

Full knowledge of routine preventive maintenance of equipment

Strong written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal relationship skills

Excellent organizational skills, and ability to work effectively with employees at all levels of the company.

Strong mathematical skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Substantial knowledge of computerized maintenance management system (CMMS).

Good problem-solving skills.

Strict attention to detail.
