Senior Research Engineer

What you get to do in this role:TeamThe reliable and secure AI research team's mission is to innovate and deliver secure, private, and reliable AI for enterprise settings through research-driven adversarial testing, practical defenses and mitigations, and mathematically certified algorithms. The team engages in both fundamental and applied research efforts and collaborates with other research and product teams to deliver on its mission, advancing the frontiers of AI security research while also creating practical solutions that deliver business value within the company.RoleThis person would be the main "software engineer" on the team and would be responsible for maintaining and updating codebases, docker images (all software artifacts) associated with the key codebases that the team uses. They would be responsible for doing code reviews, working with engineers in product teams to get stuff over the fence in the case of transfer of tech, and build tooling/infrastructure for AI security research. They may also be expected (wherever necessary) to build a working knowledge of the ServiceNow Platform and internal software development practices and tooling. They are expected to collaborate effectively with other members of the ReSAI team, the broader research team and other product teams at the company we work with.
