- Oversee Salesforce implementation and Salesforce configuration projects
- Maintain, enhance & create workflows, and manage all aspects of security and configurations within the Salesforce environment
- Proactively identify risks and issues, and provide mitigation strategies
- Lead various client meetings such as stakeholder interviews and client workshops
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Facilitate workshops, provide status updates, and lead meetings across the executive levels of client organizations
- 14+ years of System Implementation, SDLC, Integration, and Project Management experience. At least two years of experience with Vlocity is required.
- 8+ full Salesforce implementations as a Technical Delivery Manager leading solution architecture design (business architecture, process architecture, integration architecture)
- 5+ years in consulting / professional services, considerable firm experience preferred
- Salesforce Industries certifications and experience in Communications, Media and Entertainment or Consumer Goods
- Certified Technical Architect highly preferred hands-on experience in Vloctiy, Apex, Aura/LWC Framework, Data Migration, Declarative Configuration, and Tableau CRMGuiding teams on emerging technologies experience managing teams through client-facing activities such as requirements gathering, stakeholder workshops, and deliverable review/approval sessions.
- Experience leading business development initiatives.
- Experience in project planning, including building and managing project plans, budgeting, resource allocation, and reporting status to clients and internal teams.
- Trained in the process or technology methodologies (e.g., Lean Process Improvement, Six Sigma, Agile implementation, Waterfall model)Bachelor's degree in engineering, information systems, computer science, business administration, or other related fields
