Senior Solutions Engineer

job summary:

• Analyze epics and user stories to determine feasibility and create designs to deliver architectural qualities for experience platforms and business capability and lifecycle engines
• Drive the clients Digital Transformation involving Web, B2B and other service product architectures and features
• Lead the design, development, testing and implementation of IT technology solutions
• Define and design technology solutions within the agreed enterprise architecture
• Ensure alignment between customer expectations and current or future IT capability
• Understand business domain and business use cases
• Investigate and analyze current systems functionality and non-functional requirements
• Create long-term service-oriented or microservices cloud friendly architecture based on open source technology stack
• Establish a constructive, impactful, and collaborative relationship with colleagues, customers and vendors to attain successful delivery
• Manage own development and those of your team members adopting a culture of continuous improvement
• Ensure compliance of clients policies and procedures
• Evaluate information to generate effective solutions that motivates teams
• Ability to compile and deliver decision making information to business and act as liaison with the Business to allow for regular and accurate decision-making information
• At all times focus on advancing the business taking into consideration own contribution towards: Speed, Quality, Cost, Reliability and Flexibility
• Manage stakeholder expectations and keep them aligned with project vision and any changes to scope, prioritization or set goals as the project progress

• Experience level: Experienced
• Minimum 12 years of experience
• Education: Bachelors (required)
