Senior Storeskeeper

Keep the City moving and organized! The City of Modesto is looking for a Senior Storeskeeper to take charge of storekeeping operations, guide staff, and keep warehouse functions running smoothly. Bring your four years of storekeeping or warehouse experience, a high school diploma or GED, and a valid California driver’s license to step into this leadership role and make an impact!

Upcoming Salary Increases and Incentives:

3% COLA effective July 1, 2026

2.5% Education Incentive (bachelor's degree)

5% Education Incentive (master's degree)

The Senior Storeskeeper is responsible to organize, assign, and review the work of assigned personnel engaged in storekeeping activities; to perform duties requiring specialized knowledge; and to provide administrative support to the assigned supervisor.

Experience:

Two years of responsible experience equivalent to a Storeskeeper with the City of Modesto.

Training:

High School diploma or GED equivalency.

License or Certificate:

Possession of, or the ability to obtain, a valid California driver's license.
