#6723 Great opportunity to work with a stable company who's needing a Senior System Integration Engineer in the Irvine, CA Systems Integration DevOps Engineer with experience developing and supporting IT Service Management tools. Develop and implement solutions that integrate applications across the company enterprise, evaluating existing components or systems to determine integration requirements and ensure that final solutions meet the organization's needs. Current ITSM tools include Remedy Helix cloud platform, CAIDM automated provisioning, Everbridge contact management and BMC Discovery/Flexera asset scanning technologies. Job Requirements (Tool knowledge, scripting languages, etc.) Operations:- Broad knowledge of analyzing and troubleshooting integration points.
- Ability to analyze data and system errors and determine best practice resolution.
- Operational knowledge of Microsoft Endpoint Manager, Splunk, SolarWinds, Enterprise Scheduling, and other monitoring tools is a plus.
- Ability to support applications running on both Windows and Linux platforms, to include patching, troubleshooting, upgrade, and compliance initiatives.
- The ideal candidate can take user requirements from planning to completion and make recommendations for continuous design improvement.
- Must be able to program in one or more scripting languages, to support Linux and windows operating systems.
- Basic understanding of PowerShell and C# is required to support current Helix integration code.
