Job DescriptionThe Talent Acquisition Partner - Healthcare, serves as a talent advisor to our healthcare business segments by developing and executing a comprehensive recruitment strategy after fully understanding the needs of the hiring leaders, develops strong relationships with Hiring Leaders, HRBPs, and Talent Acquisition colleagues to deliver high quality proactive recruitment resulting in adding talent to CVS Health. The Talent Acquisition Partner - Healthcare, serves as a talent advisor to our healthcare business segments by developing and executing a comprehensive recruitment strategy after fully understanding the needs of the hiring leaders, develops strong relationships with Hiring Leaders, HRBPs, and Talent Acquisition colleagues to deliver high quality proactive recruitment resulting in adding talent to CVS Health. PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: With a focus on delivering an outstanding candidate and hiring leader experience, the ideal candidate will serve as a talent advisor to the business by developing and executing a comprehensive, proactive recruitment strategy, reviewing applicants, selecting candidates for interviews, managing the offer process and ensuring high quality hiring within established time frame Creates and executes on a sourcing strategy with the internal customer that includes timelines and deliverables and is knowledgeable on innovative sourcing practices and tools ensuring an adequate pipeline of qualified diverse candidates Acts as a business leader who has a specialty in recruitment communicates to candidate sand hiring leaders with knowledge about CVS Health, benefits and the business Understands and strives to exceed metrics on all levels – candidate survey, hiring leader survey, time to fill, ect.Required Qualifications3+ years of high volume full-lifecycle recruiting and sourcing experienceCOVID RequirementsCOVID-19 Vaccination RequirementCVS Health requires its Colleagues in certain positions to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (including any booster shots if required), where allowable under the law, unless they are approved for a reasonable accommodation based on disability, medical condition, pregnancy, or religious belief that prevents them from being vaccinated.If you are vaccinated, you are required to have received at least one COVID-19 shot prior to your first day of employment and to provide proof of your vaccination status within the first 10 days of your employment. Preferred QualificationsExperience in innovative sourcing and posting processExperience building strong relationships and impacting decisionsHealthcare recruiting experiencePrior healthcare recruiting experience preferred.
