Prepare income tax filings for various individual, partnership, and fiduciary returns within the family office.

Developing and preparing quarterly income tax estimates and annual extensions for individual, partnership, and fiduciary returns within the family office.

Conducting investigations into tax-related issues.

Managing and responding to tax notifications.

Requirements

Minimum 4 years of tax experience, specializing in high net worth individuals (Form 1040).

Strong preference for candidates with trust experience or background in private wealth (PCS group) and CPA certification.

Hands-on experience with complex tax forms including Form 1040 (individual returns), K-1 (partnership, real estate), and trust filings.

Preferential consideration for those with a background in investment-focused clientele rather than real estate or operating businesses.

Demonstrated professionalism, dependability, integrity, and ability to handle confidential information securely.

Motivated self-starter with a keen sense of deadlines, adept at multitasking, and exceptionally organized with meticulous attention to detail.

Familiarity with CCH Axcess or ProSystems fx Tax, CCH Workpaper Manager, and BNA Income Tax Planner is advantageous.

Proficiency in Adobe and MS Office suite, particularly Excel.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Highly motivated team player capable of working independently with minimal supervision.

Knowledge of the venture capital industry and investments is a desirable asset.
