  • Project Description:Current business process in automated in Customer's system where users have access to a dedicated "investment call" functionality and able to view assets and discussion items that are associated with the call. It displays a consolidated view of rating and asset related information for the list of assets associated to the investment call. During the meeting, the user may choose to add additional assets to the call, comments etc. Results of the Investment Call process are used by another investment control associate (e.g., IPO information gathered from an analyst will be then used by ACA to set up limits etc.).Problem Statement:Given the previous system's retirement the automation of Investment Call process has to be re-established and support current business features (adjusted per actualized demands). The automation is unlikely to be placed within CRD boundaries, hence a stand-alone application development is likely need. Integration w/ most front-office applications.
  • Responsibilities:• Requirements gathering, elicitation and documentation• Convert business requirements into project planning artefacts - Epics, Stories, Tasks; form product development backlog• Translate assumptions, technical design and limitations, risks into business terms and negotiate their impact with the stakeholders• Lead planning sessions• Prepare and review artifacts for the demo sessions, drive the demo preparations• Manage requirements changes to ensure a full understanding of the impact on scope, schedule, quality, risks by all stakeholders• Ensure all requirements are correctly represented in JIRA, Confluence and other collaboration tools• Cooperate closely with the onsite team on projects preliminary analysis and high level estimation• Mediate requirements clarification between business stakeholders and the project team• Collaborate with other analysts to detect overlapping parts and achieve the synergy out of projects implemented jointly by multiple teams• Suggest process improvements related to the team work planning, tracking, and ensuring the deliverable quality in close cooperation with Project and Delivery Managers
  • Mandatory Skills Description:• Experience as a Business / System / Requirements Analyst: 5+ years• Excellent communication skills, confidence in dealing with the stakeholders including senior management• Superior analytical thinking• Excellent organizational, administration and time management skills• Familiarity with financial markets and products essential• Understanding of testing methodologies• Good understanding of Agile and RUP SDLC's• Knowledge of DBMS at the level allowing data analysis is beneficial• Quick learner with the desire to learn the domain and underlying business processes• Experience working in a distributed / offshore team setup is a plus
