Ultimately, they are excited to shape product narratives that showcase security innovation and elevate the user experience.Your ImpactTechnical Marketing Strategy: Develop, continuously refine, and execute the technical marketing plan for critical accounts to drive engagement and sales.Content Creation: Create, maintain, and deliver effective technical tools, whitepapers, demos, videos, and technical training for sales teams, customers, and partners.Automation Leadership: Lead automation initiatives within and across cross-functional teams, striving to achieve technical and operational excellence throughout the release process.Competitive Analysis: Conduct competitive research and testing to identify key advantages of our product lines and effectively communicate them to sales, customers, and partners.Technical Evangelism: Act as a key technical evangelist for Palo Alto Networks, speaking at seminars, conferences, customer briefings, and internal meetings.Product Enhancement: Collaborate with engineering to identify product gaps based on competitive analysis and work with Product Management (PM) to drive enhancements.Domain Authority: Serve as the domain authority on Palo Alto Networks products, providing Systems Engineers with information on competitive questions.Sales Support: Identify sales challenges arising from competitive situations and provide viable solutions.Technical Documentation: Document technical concepts to ensure our products are well understood and utilized to their fullest potential.Competitive Lab Setup: Set-up and maintain a competitive test lab, including test harness, competitive products, and automation environment.Product Testing: Configure and test competitive products, evaluating their strengths in security efficacy and product features.Technical Ownership: Own the technical product area of Real User Monitoring (RUM) and provide analytics to monitor digital experience in Prisma Access.Customer Focus: Maintain a passion for the customer journey, user experience, and usability with a knack for simplicity.
