Job DetailsAs a Lead UI/UX Designer / UX Lead on our team, we are looking for someone with a proven professional experience as a UX Designer and an ability to do the following:- Be responsible for the UX and design of a scalable platform for our products, including intuitive and simplified process for onboarding merchants to bank services, and ongoing merchant servicing product.
- Lead internal collaboration with product managers and stakeholders to outline and define business and user requirements
- Manage UX team and practice within the company.
- Build our brand and visual communication standards for marketing and sales purposes.
