- Designs emotionally resonate, visually impactful and cleanly designed touchpoints across end-to-end customer journeys.
- Ensures design touchpoints align to brand guidelines and design standards. Recommends exceptions and optimizations as needed.
- Identifies opportunities to optimize and evolve design touchpoints, to generate more value for our customers and our business.
- Conducts competitive and comparative landscape assessments, subject matter, and stakeholder interviews to build a solid foundation for excellent craftsmanship and creative innovation.
- Works both divergently and convergently to ideate, co-create and iteratively refine designs and creative concepts. Methods may include divergent brainstorming and sketching sessions.
- Creates omni-channel visual design deliverables and artifacts.
- Deliverables may include display ads, email graphics, social assets, printed literature, brochures, print ads, campaign landing pages, presentations.
- Partners with a cross-functional team of digital and IT partners to understand the technical capabilities and best practices for creating digital touchpoints and campaign landing pages.
- Stays informed of design trends, frameworks, and methods.
- Leverages qualitative and quantitative learnings to evolve concepts or pivot in a new direction.
- Consults with stakeholders and business leads to ensure creative design is aligned with meeting business goals.
- Socializes and presents design concepts, strategy, and recommendations.
- Contributes thought leadership and expertise to projects and partnerships.
