Job Responsibilities:
Under the guidance of the Vail Resorts Wellness Manager and Wellness Supervisor, responsible for executing and supporting the Vail Resorts wellness strategy in employee housing for current and future success
Deliver standardized wellness programs across the Resort ensuring alignment with enterprise-wide strategy
Elevate experience for residents/employees and housing staff while driving the seasonal Employee Value Proposition through events and communications
Create a safe, fun, and diverse housing culture that helps provide employees with the experience of a lifetime
Help residents navigate transitions and offer resources around mental/physical wellness
Create, manage, and track resident support cases
Partner internally with Employee Relations, Wellness Manager, HRBP, and Housing, and externally through community resources to help employees best navigate concerns and challenges
Assist in creating and managing external relationships with community partners, mental health resources, and law enforcement
May be required to assist other departments as necessary inside and outside of Employee Housing.
Job Requirements:
University/College Degree Preferred
Experience with high risk & vulnerable populations
Experience with mediation and conflict resolution
Experience working with people with mental health challenges
Valid Driver's license
Proficient computer skills
English strong written and verbal required
Spanish preferable
