- Secondary point of contact for all ad hoc reporting requests
- Create and edit MS Word documents, as needed, to include proofing for correct formatting, spelling and grammar.
- Includes tables. Create and edit MS Excel spreadsheets to include formatting and proofing text and formulas (basic addition/subtraction, percent, and minor VLOOKUPs).
- Create and edit MS PowerPoint slide decks to include formatting and proofing text.
- Provide Monthly Invoicing Support - run pre-billing reports, complete budgeting worksheets, work with managers for edits needed, create, and send invoices.
- Provide administrative support - assist with payroll reports, human resource related reports, office management administrative support, request for access to security groups etc.
- MS Excel: Daily use of Excel, with basic formatting and printing skills, for creating, maintaining, and editing spreadsheets.
- MS Word: Intermediate skill and daily use of Word for creating, formatting, and editing correspondence and other documents.
- MS PowerPoint: Intermediate skill and daily use of PowerPoint for updating presentations to leadership.
- Excellent data entry skills
- Ability to accurately complete all steps of lengthy processes. Our processes are set in place and not to be customized.
- Possess excellent spelling and use of grammar.
- Above all, proofing and accuracy is extremely important. An eye for impeccable attention to detail and accuracy is required.
