Job Description:

Technical/Functional Skills -MUST HAVE SKILLS10+ yrs of experience in Data Center operationsExcellent understanding of IT infrastructure landscapeProven hands on experience in infrastructure support and managementAbility to handle medium to large IT infrastructure transformation projectsDomain expertise in Wintel/Network/Storage/EUC

Roles & Responsibilities:Drive onsite and offshore team for end to end IT infrastructure managed servicesManage customer relationshipOversee Data center operations and supportManage contractual deliverables, assess performance and track and manage Service levelsExplore improvement opportunities, risk assessment and mitigation plansProvide regular performance metrics, reports and dashboards with customerCoordinate with IS tower leads to track day to day operations.Manage IT infra projects and deliverables.Coordinate with and manage vendor activities, as needed.
