In this role, you will be responsible for developing, prioritizing, and executing a roadmap for ServiceNow Reporting and Analytics to drive data-driven decision-making and operational efficiency within our organization. Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in ServiceNow Reporting and Analytics. Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform, including Performance Analytics, ServiceNow Reporting, and other relevant modules. Proficiency in data analysis, data visualization, and reporting tools.
