Job Description :
Service now Implementation Specialist & Admin Core module (Normal Incident, MIM, Problem, Knowledge, Change, ESS, CMS(optional) ) Good Communication and presentation skills, Client handling. Responsible for all scripting changes including Client Scripts, Business Rules, Script Includes, and UI Actions, UI Macro, UI Pages, Sites. Create a consistent and easy to read format for all scripts that includes comments explaining the functionality. Server-side scripts utilising the most efficient GlideRecord methods to reduce overall processing time. Development/Customization and Administration of Service Now Core Modules, Incident, Change, Service Catalog, Idea, Demand, Project Portfolio management, Content Management System. Responsible for Integrations with 3rd party tools, applications and systems Work extensively on external integrations using Direct Web services over SOAP and REST Creation of design documents ,test cases & Unit testing Defect fixing & accommodate small changes in case of minor enhancement Customisation of different applications and modules within ServiceNow Java Scripting knowledge and hands on experience on it. Hands-on with ITIL Process implementation. Hands-on technical delivery including required documentation of cost-effective Service-now solutions, Ability to create and Modify Workflows. Hands-on design, development and deployment experience with the Service-now platform. Good at creating required information for Reporting and Dashboards Knowledge of ITIL methodologies and processes.Must have Experience / skills needed: Integration hub Okta Spoke Integrating ServiceNow with LDAP User account creation/termination AD/LDAP integrations Hybrid Exchange environment orchestration actions Knowledge about Workday and PeopleSoft is a plus- ID: #23744955
