ServiceNow Technical Delivery Manager

Description

Oscar Technology is engaged with a client to fill this urgent role. This is a great opportunity to join a ServiceNow Elite Partner and work closely with world-class ServiceNow experts.

This is a fully remote position. The Delivery Manager is responsible for Delivery Oversight and People and Organizational Management. This is a management and consulting role looking for a great operational leader.

Responsibilities

  • Leverage ServiceNow implementation experience to deliver value for clients
  • Coach and mentor resource team and direct reports to deliver technical scope that exceeds expectations
  • Manage a team of 8-12 direct reports
  • Collaborate with other leaders to manage business
  • Work with HR to recruit, interview, and onboard new employees

Requirements

  • 10 years experience in IT industry
  • 5+ years working as a team lead or senior level engineer
  • Experience working with ITSM processes
  • Experience leading project teams
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills

Certifications

  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (required)
  • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (2 or more applications preferred)
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
