Description We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for a Services Sales Enablement Program Manager that is 100% REMOTE. In this role, you will be tasked with the development of our content framework program, which will involve managing the planning, development, rollout, and ongoing management of processes impacting our internal customers. This role is within the technology industry and requires a dynamic individual who can collaborate with multiple stakeholders.Responsibilities: Apply learning taxonomy to defined and prioritized subject areas Curate existing content to supply learning taxonomy Work closely with subject matter experts to validate content and identify opportunities to enhance learning experiences Collaborate with the CX Enablement pillars to drive consistency in content framework Manage project deliverables, goals and milestones Adapt to changing priorities and deliver results Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, partners, and internal customers Oversee the rollout plan and schedule for projects Utilize tools like Google Suite, Workday, and Zoom for effective program management Drive sales enablement strategies and initiatives.Requirements Proven experience in Marketing and Planning roles Proficiency in Budget Processes and Workstation Support Demonstrated Leadership Skills Proficient in using Spreadsheets and Google Suite Excellent Communication Skills Ability to work effectively with Stakeholders and Partners Familiarity with various Frameworks and Deliverables Proficient in using Zoom and Join Me for virtual meetings Experience with ProFile, Workday, and other program management tools Ability to manage Milestones and Rollout Plans Experience in creating and managing Slide Decks Ability to work effectively with Internal Customers Basic knowledge of HTTPS Ability to work with Subject Matter Experts Background in Sales Enablement Familiarity with TaxonomyRobert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
