SFDC BSA / Salesforce Business Analyst - Onsite At Bay Area CA

Job Description:

• STRONG UNDERSTANDING ON SALES & SERVICE CLOUD PROCESS FLOWS IS MANDATORY FOR THIS ROLE
• MANDATORY EXPERIENCE OF DESIGNING SOLUTIONS IN SALES FORCE
• Working experience of 7-8 years in Sales Force as BSA
• Experience developing business requirement documents and technical design documents and test plans (SIT, UAT)
• Hands on Experience with industry standard tools for Salesforce CRM
• Excellent people and communication skills.
• Strong analytical and data analysis skills.
• Experience with advance data operations in Excel/ G sheets
• Analyze, processes, manage and test data migration
• Participate in system implementation projects (Requirements Documentation, systems configuration, test documentation/issue identification and resolution)
• Collaborate and co-ordinate projects under the guidance senior BSA and work with Application Engineers, Technical program Managers, System Admins and Cross- Functional teams
