Shift Supervisor

Highland Park Bowl is looking for a Shift Supervisor.

Requirements:

Weekends, Closings and/or Openings

Leadership: Ability to lead and motivate a team.

Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to provide clear direction and manage staff and customer interactions.

Problem-Solving: Capacity to identify and resolve issues quickly and effectively.

Organization: Skills in task delegation, and time management to ensure tasks are completed efficiently.

Proactiveness: A proactive approach to managing operations and supporting team goals.
