Job Description: Operations Support Specialist

We are seeking a meticulous, quick -learning individual for an entry-level position in our Soquel location.

Our company specializes in the sales of door, window, cabinet, and custom builder’s hardware and offers opportunities for growth and advancement. The successful candidate must have good problem solving, communication, and teamwork skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include assisting with quality control inspections, assembly, and shipping, collaborating with team members, and communicating with project managers, vendors, and shippers. Ongoing training and support are provided.

Requirements:

Possess excellent people skills, demonstrating the ability to effectively communicate and actively listen to others.

Show a strong aptitude for learning, quickly picking up new procedures and instructions, the ability to work effectively with minimal supervision.

Possess proficient computer skills and the capacity to quickly adapt to new software programs.

Maintain a clean, organized, and productive work environment.

Demonstrate focus, patience, and reliability, consistently following through on commitments and consistently delivering high-quality work.

English speaking and writing.

Clean/valid CA drivers record.

Able to lift op to 50lbs safely and easily.
