Shipping Expert, Packaging and Boxing up Plants

We are a small family-owned nursey in need of a reliable hard-working individual to help us ship plants. The work will be 3-4 days a week starting at 8am. Most likely Mondays, Tuesday, Wednesday and Fridays for 5-6 hours depending on how busy we are. We ship thousands of small plants each week and you will be part of a fun fast paced team that helps deliver plants nationwide!

Some of the job duties:

-Pulling Plants for the upcoming day of shipping. This involves working off a list and filling trays with the necessary plants so they can be shipped.

This requires attention to detail and the ability to select the best plants available. This job involves working outside rain or shine. You must have the ability to stand on your feet for hours at a time and regularly pick up trays of plants.

There will also be periods of time where you will seed new plants, fill pots with soil and whatever other tasks are necessary.
