Shop Associate

We’re a specialty spirit shop dedicated to exceptional service. We’re looking for reliable Associates to join the team at our new location!

About the Role

As a Shop Associate, you would support both our retail store and online operations. The day-to-day can include assisting customers in person and online, ringing up sales, stocking the sales floor, advising on product selections, and preparing online orders for pickup and shipping. This is a hands-on position where attention to detail, customer care, and enthusiasm are key. Currently hiring for part time, with opportunity to transition to full-time.

Responsibilities

Provide excellent customer service in-store and online

Handle cashiering and POS transactions accurately

Advise customers on spirits, cocktails, and gift selections

Receive, stock, and merchandise products on the sales floor

Pull and prep online orders with accuracy

Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment

What We’re Looking For

Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented

Strong communication and customer service skills

Interest in spirits, cocktails, or hospitality

Comfortable with technology and online order systems

Ability to lift and move boxes up to 40 lbs

Availability for regular retail hours, including weekends
