job detailsWe are looking for a friendly and organized Shop Clerk to join our team in Fresno, CA. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage various tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Maintain assigned account details

Provide exceptional customer service

First point of contact in the yard - directs customers and deliveries

Locate parts according to SAP and relocate if needed

Weekly cycle counts

Create goods received (GR) for PO's received in plant

Manage drawings from detailing to ensure they are given to transportation

Print and manage mill certificates

Print tags on jobs for daily production

Receive all inbound loads for inventory and place in correct bins

Record all heat numbers off produced material from shop and manage electronic files

Update fabricated tags to production in company software

The essential functions of this role include:

working in a smoke free environment

wearing steel toe shoes

manual lifting up to 40lbs

working weekends
