Maintain and ensure clean and safe facilities.

Cleaning all areas, including dispensers, islands, buildings, storage areas, parking areas, bathrooms, driveways, gutters, sidewalks, tank slabs and all areas as assigned.

Performing light maintenance, including repair and maintenance to hanging hardware and other light duty task as assigned

Perform inspections, including all daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly inspections required by the organization as well as local, state and federal agencies.

Perform South Coast Air Quality Management District inspections at assigned sites per day.

Respond to emergencies, such as power outages, spills, etc.

Complete all required paperwork.

Model behaviors that support the company’s common purpose; ensure guests and team members are supported at the highest level.

Ensure all activities are in compliance with rules, regulations, policies, and procedures.

Complete other duties as assigned

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent certificate required

Ability to work with minimal supervision.

Knowledge of proper use of cleaning equipment and supplies

Reliable transportation
