Their product is used by clinics and hospitals to improve the quality of care for their patients.The company has about 180 employees and 60 engineers. The company has raised a 9 figure round of series C funding and is rapidly hiring. The company has already reached profitability, and revenues are growing rapidly.he company will pay competitive salary plus equity which could be valuable. They also give opportunities for frequent raises, with performance reviews every 6 months.The company has great work life balance; work hours are typically 40 hours per week and may range between slightly more or slightly less depending on what needs to be done. Job responsibilities:- About 60% of your time will be on building guidelines and processes for the team and company. 40% will be doing hands on technical work.- Helping the product to scale, whether it is related to deployment, monitoring systems, etc.- Making sure availability and reliability is being monitored.- You will be on call. The systems don't run after hours, so it's not 24x7, is just from 6 am to 8 pm. Qualifications:- Experience with AWS- Experience with relational databases such as MongoDB and PostgreSQL.- Experience building automated monitoring and alert systems for site reliability.- Experience deploying systems with Kubernetes.- Experience with Networking.- Experience with Linux.- Great communication skills.- Strong empathy for customers and ability to communicate with customers and internal team members outages occur. Sense of urgency to prevent outages as much as possible and fix them as soon as possible. Nice to have:- Experience with security.- Experience with Node.js.- Software engineering background.
