Experienced Residential Draftsperson Needed ]

We're seeking a skilled draftsperson for residential attached ADU project.

What we're looking for:

Proficiency in SketchUp, Revit or CAD

Experience with residential design and permit documentation

Understanding of local building codes and ADU regulations

Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines

Ability to complete MEP plans.

History of submitted projects being approved in California.
