Before you continue reading A couple things First, if you have responded to this ad in the past and I haven't got back to you, it means I'm not interested for whatever reason. Please don't beat a dead horse and make things awkward.
Second, you MUST have fantastic phone skills and speak/write English clearly and perfectly for this job. No heavy accents. I'm not racist. Just need someone who can clearly communicate with our clients who are 100% English speaking :)
I am looking for someone who is all around sharp. Someone who learns things quickly. Someone who texts with proper grammar! Must be tech savvy, and comfortable with learning new apps, using Microsoft Office etc. I am not age discriminating, however I will just say I have not had great experiences with folks over 50. Most of the work load is done on your phone on various apps. (For example we use a digital landline that routes to your cell phone and is its own application). Older folks, or for that matter younger folks, who are not SHARP with their smartphones, have a tough time! Consider this before reaching out please!
This position is primarily for answering incoming calls, responding to emails/texts and scheduling jobs so you must be comfortable talking to people and have a good phone voice. I'm not looking for a used car salesman, but I am looking for someone who can sell themselves because you will be representing my business. If you are shy or soft spoken or have a speech impediment, please do not contact me. You need a "behind the scenes" job!
You also need to be the type of person that actually CARES about your job and the company you are working for because if we don't book jobs, we don't have revenue and you won't have a job for very long!
If you aren't the type of person that is glued to your smartphone and never misses a call, this isn't the job for you.
The other aspects of this position COULD include creative writing, and using Microsoft word, Excel, general office tasks, etc.

REGARDING WAGES AND HOURS:
$19 - $26 per hour to start.
This really depends on what you bring to the table. If you just graduated high school, that's ok! I can train you. But please don't expect more than $19 an hour until you prove your value to the company.
If you are seasoned professional who needs very little training, expect closer to $26 per hour.
This is a hybrid position, but mostly can be done from home. Our office is in the city of Orange. This is not a full time/40 hour weekly position, but will be in the future.
