Social Media & Website Intern - Old Oak Pastures, A Regenerative Ranch

Hey there! We’re Old Oak Pastures, a small, family-run regenerative ranch working hard to raise happy animals, heal the land, and share our story. We’re looking for a friendly, creative person to join us as a Social Media & Website Intern (yep, we’re calling it an internship, but really, you’d be part of the team!).

Here’s the deal: we’re not some big corporation. We’re a tight-knit crew with a passion for sustainable farming. The owners—us!—used to run a social media marketing agency, so we’ve got a bunch of know-how about growing businesses online. We’d love to teach you what we’ve learned while you help us spread the word about our little ranch. It’s a chance to get your hands dirty (digitally speaking) and make a real difference for a small business with a big heart.

What You’d Be Doing:

Posting fun, down-to-earth content on our social media about our animals, products, and farm life.

Sprucing up Oldoakpastures.com with new photos, updates, or little blog posts about what’s happening around here.

Helping tweak the website (we use Shopify) to keep it looking good.

Chatting with folks who comment or message us online.

Brainstorming ways to tell people about our farm-fresh goodies or small events.

Who We’re Hoping You Are:

Someone who’s into sustainable farming or just likes the idea of a ranch like ours (no experience needed—just curiosity!).

Comfortable with social media and not afraid to try new things.

Maybe you’ve tinkered with a website before (like WordPress or Shopify), but if not, we’ll show you the ropes.

Good with words and maybe even snapping a quick photo or two.

Someone who’s dependable and cool with working on your own sometimes (it’s remote, after all!).

What You’ll Get Out of It:

A front-row seat to how we use social media to grow our little ranch—and we’ll teach you all our tricks from years in the marketing game.

A peek into the world of regenerative ranching (it’s pretty cool, if we do say so ourselves).

Some real projects you can show off later.

Flexible hours and a chance to hang out (virtually) with a small team that cares about what we do.
