Responsibilities:- Perform highly complex or specialized development activities involving coding in adherence to cybersecurity standards, code reviews, unit testing, debugging, and design document creation and maintenance.
- Perform Advanced design activities to identify best design approaches to implement key features of the application.
- Ability to reproduce and debug code defects.
- Solving customer problems leverages a deep understanding of product & domain knowledge as well as customer requests to develop and design solutions for complex customers challenges.
- Delivering to a Plan actively estimates, plans and executes process activities to generate an execution plan spanning multiple sprints.
- Continuous Improvement promotes processes, procedures and best practices for the team and suggests improvements to products and processes. Highly proficient in root-cause-analyses.
- Work with the Product Owner, Stakeholders, and the Scrum Team to understand, define and implement solution requirements.
- Participate in Scrum meetings with other team members including sprint planning and estimating; backlog refinement; daily Scrum meetings; sprint retrospectives and sprint reviews.
- Ensure your code is fully reviewed, unit tested and documented, and delivered to agreed quality standards.
- Use development tools and programming languages to build, test, implement, and support the development of windows desktop applications.
- Collaborate with other technology experts and develop the technology framework.
- 8+ years of experience in the Software Development field.
- Experience working in Agile software development such as Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) is desirable.
- Knowledge of and worked on projects using .NET/C#, and written unit tests.
- Some experience with networking, such as TCP or HTTP stacks.
- B.S. in Software Engineering/Computer Science or related field.
