Enterprise Services is looking for a Software Development Analyst with Robotic Process Automation development experience. This role is not location specific and can be supported virtually.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Work directly with stakeholders to capture business requirements and translate them into cost-effective technical solutions using robotic process automation (RPA) tools and/or other languages.
  • Collaborate with process owners to understand manual process steps, business purpose and associated business rules and recommend automated process improvements.
  • Design, develop, test, and deploy automation workflows actively participating in the entire software development lifecycle from requirements, design to implementation.
  • Participate in project quality management tasks, such as peer and quality reviews of specifications, design documents and code reviews.
  • Perform defect resolution including debugging complex scenarios.
  • Create and maintain technical specifications for all automation development work.
  • Able to operate independently to complete assignments receiving little instruction on daily work.
  • Adhere strictly to security, compliance, audit, and reporting standards.
  • Continuously learn to remain current on robotic process automation/business intelligence technologies and emerging trends.
Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or other related discipline and at least 2 years of applicable experience (Appropriate combination of education and experience will be considered in lieu of the degree requirement)
  • Be able to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government security clearance (U.S. citizenship is a pre-requisite).
  • Minimum of 1-year hands-on experience designing and developing automaton solutions using Robotic Process Automation tools. Blue Prism tool is highly preferred.
  • Actively participate in the analyzing existing business processes for improvements and recommend cost-effective workflow automation design to meet or exceed business requirements.
  • Basic programming knowledge of Microsoft C# or VBA.
  • Experience in developing and consuming APIs and/or web services.
  • Understanding of workflow-based logic.
  • Experience with Agile development methodology. Scrum methodology using Azure DevOps tool is preferred.
  • Ability to understand business processes and create process flow diagrams.
  • Strong technical/analytical skills and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work through ambiguous situations.
  • Demonstrate strong initiative to complete assignments within schedule and cost targets.
  • Must have great attention to detail and be able to successfully manage competing priorities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong collaboration skills to work closely in cross-functional teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive innovation, quality, and customer satisfaction.

  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and prioritize the most critical tasks and projects.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience or exposure with various RPA and No-Code/Low-Code tools. Knowledge of Intelligent Process Automation is a plus.
  • Understanding of Process Design Documents and Technical/Solution Design Documents within the automation space.
  • Experience in troubleshooting issues that arise day to day in the running of RPA processes and provide timely responses and solutions as required.
  • Familiarity with Blue Prism's Intelligent Automation Platform and Digital Exchange offerings and solutions.
  • Experience or understanding of multiple integration technologies such as API, REST, SOAP, and web services.
  • Hands-on experience and knowledge of relational databases (SQL, Oracle).
  • Hands-on experience working with SAP S/4HANA.
  • Knowledge of Agile software development methodologies and tools (Azure DevOps, JIRA, etc.).
  • Knowledge and hands-experience with cloud services such as AWS and/or Azure.
  • Experience in agile-driving development using Scrum methodology and use of Kanban Boards.
  • Knowledge of artificial intelligence and machine learning.
  • Experience with or knowledge of UI/UX principles.
  • Proficient in process design and knowledgeable on various automation technologies and platforms.
  • Experience with or knowledge in software development process using other languages (C, C#, .NET, Python, Java, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, other scripting languages, etc.).
  • Blue Prism Developer Certification is preferred.

Salary Range: $74,900 USD - $112,300 USD Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
