Software Engineer:

Our client is looking for a stellar embedded software engineer to join their Wi-Fi Firmware team in San Jose. This engineer will develop networking protocols and features, firmware architectural updates, software tools, and software build system enhancements.

Scope:

  • Design, develop, test and maintain WLAN firmware and support tools. This includes Embedded C and Python programming
  • Develop And maintain WLAN firmware features and participate in WiFi alliance compliance events
  • Python3 development to enhance both internal and customer facing tools and systems
  • Software performance profiling and optimization

Requirement:

  • 1-5 years of experience as a Software Engineer
  • Proficient in C systems programmer
  • Experience in Python programming
  • Experience in a Linux or MacOS Make-based software build system, fully utilizing multiprocessor servers and parallel build targets
  • MS is a PLUS
