Software Implementation Specialist

(Direct Hire - Remote)

Open to junior, mid or senior level candidates that have experience working with clients/customers in a consultative role to deploy IT systems or applications.

Responsibilities:
  • Function as a consultant to our clients for all ERP system and software implementations
  • Gather requirements to map business and technical requirements to produce technical design documents
  • Identify key performance indicators, set timelines and goals for deployment
  • Work with Product and Engineering teams to design and configure the system
  • Manage projects related to customization and enhancement of our products
  • Responsible for process change training and go-live support

Qualifications:
  • Several years of professional work experience working in a B2B or client interface capacity
  • Experience in consulting clients/customers, including process-oriented requirements gathering and analysis
  • IT Software or Infrastructure type or technical experience, Programming and API integrations are a plus
  • Ability to oversee and manage multiple project timelines, deliverables, manage scope and budgets
  • Strong technical documentation skills
  • Experience as a Business Analyst or Project Manager is highly desired
  • Experience within the Media/Entertainment, production/post-production, digital asset management, supply chain, digital content broadcast domains are a plus
  • Ability to travel up to 25% as needed to client sites within the US
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related technical field is a plus
