Soils Engineer Testing

Need soils engineer to perform soils observation report, including moisture content. This report is needed to fulfill City of Berkeley requirements for a special inspection for building an attached ADU. Must have credentials to satisfy City of Berkeley that you are able to perform work, i.e. soils engineer degree, etc.
