In this role, you will play a vital part in our successful culinary operations, ensuring that every meal is exceptional and flawless.Embark on an ambitious culinary journey with us!Key Responsibilities

Assist the Executive Chef with managing cost controls and control expenditures for the account

Collaborate with the Executive Chef to plan and create menus that exceed expectations

Create and deliver exceptional catering events with a lasting impact

Roll out new culinary programs in conjunction with Company marketing and culinary team

Preferred Qualifications

A.S. or equivalent experience in culinary arts

Progressive culinary/kitchen management experience

Experience in catering is a plus

Must be flexible to work weekends and various shifts, as needed for the business

High volume, complex food service operations experience is highly desirable

Institutional and batch cooking experiences are helpful

Comprehensive knowledge of food and catering trends with a focus on quality, production, sanitation, food cost controls, and presentation

Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), Outlook, E-mail, and the Internet

Willingness to participate in client satisfaction programs/activities

ServSafe certified is highly desirable
