Manager-Systems Compliance & Internal ControlsSan Rafael, CA (Hybrid Remote+Onsite)Full Time-Straight HireSkills & experience required:• 5-8 years of previous experience in an IT Audit or Compliance position• Candidate need to have at least 2 years of experience specifically with the SOX 404 IT compliance program• Experience with user roles, permissions, and systems management; SAP, GRC, and/or Segregation of Duties experience required.• Experience with all aspects of auditing a Company’s IT internal controls over financial reporting, including risk assessment and evaluation of control deviations a plus,• Candidate should be willing to be onsite in San Rafael two times a week• Strong attention to detail, decision-making, problem-solving, time management and organizational skills,• A mixture of both Public Company Audit and Industry experience would be a distinct advantage. Large company experience is also desired.• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or related field is required.
