As a Senior Accountant, you will be responsible for financial statement preparation and consolidation, account analysis and reconciliations, cash flow analysis, budgets and forecasting, audit preparation, and internal control maintenance and regulatory reporting. Manage monthly accounting close procedures and deliverables (journal entries, reconciliations, reports) in compliance with GAAP

Realize compliance with corporate accounting policies and procedures and controls by working with business partners

Ready monthly consolidated P& L and Balance Sheet flux analysis for management reporting

Bring a daily dedication to continuously improve the automation of the accounting and reporting process

Other projects as necessary

Provide analysis on financial results (trends, performance metrics, benchmarks)

Prepare reconciliations of Balance Sheet accounts

Participate in various department-wide initiatives

Organize quarterly reviews and testing with internal and external auditors Requirements - Demonstrated ability in exemplary analytical, quantitative and social skills

Efficient in ERP systems

BA/BS in Accounting, CPA credentials are preferred

Strong time management and organizational skills

Corporate performance management (CPM) and business intelligence systems experience a plus

Deep understanding of Balance Sheet Reconciliation

Foundational knowledge in Annual Internal Audit

Command of general ledger

CPA experience desired

Ability to work in a dynamic and changing environment

Minimum 5-7 years of overall general accounting experience

Proficient at analyzing financial data and promptly creating accurate reports

Ability and willingness to meet business critical deadlines

Deep understanding of internal controls and SOX compliance

You'll be successful in this position if you have financial reporting systems proficiency

A strong track record of communicating, both verbally and in writing, with functional department managers

Self-starter, ability to identify issues and resolve problems
