The successful candidate will be responsible for making significant contributions to our financial decision-making processes while working closely with top management.Key Responsibilities:

Preparation of complex financial analysis and reports.

Overseeing the operations of the accounting department, including the integrity of the general ledger, financial systems and related databases.

Coordinating budgeting, tax, auditing, and other accounting operations.

Developing and implementing financial systems, strategies, and processes.

Application of current accounting trends and regulations to analyze economic reports, revenue forecasts, and budget proposals.

Supervising and leading the accounting staff members.

Performing all other duties and tasks necessary to accomplish the financial goals of the organization.

Requirements

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is mandatory. An advanced degree would be a plus.

CPA or CMA preferred.

5+ years of substantial accounting experience.

Proficiency in MS Office Suite and financial management software (e.g. SAP, Oracle, Sage, etc.).

Outstanding leadership and organizational skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication capabilities.

Meticulous attention to detail and a strong problem-solving skillset.
