Description We are seeking to hire a Senior Administrative Assistant with exceptional administrative skills and a can-do attitude to join our professional team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in providing a wide range of administrative support in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating superb multitasking abilities, excellent communication skills, and a highly organized approach to their work.Responsibilities:

Managing daily office operations to ensure smooth functioning.

Supervising basic HR duties, including new hire documents, appointment scheduling, and form submissions.

Assisting in the preparation and coordination of reports, proposals, and financial statements.

Organizing and scheduling meetings and appointments for senior staff.

Drafting, prooing, and editing correspondence and other documentation.

Maintaining electronic and paper filing systems, ensuring information is organized and easily accessible.

Liaising with other departments and teams to ensure smooth business operations.

Managing special projects as assigned by executives.

Requirements

Qualifications:

Associate or bachelor's degree in business administration or related field.

Proven experience as a Senior Administrative Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in another relevant administrative role.

Highly proficient in Microsoft Office applications - Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.

Solid understanding of office procedures and basic accounting principles.

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities with an eye for detail.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Proactive and independent approach to tasks, showing initiative and problem-solving skills.
