Description Our client is a leading construction company committed to delivering high-quality building and construction services. They are currently seeking a Senior Administrative Assistant with substantial experience in the field. The successful applicant will play an essential role in managing and facilitating administrative duties to ensure smooth operations within our fast-paced business environment.Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage all office procedures and systems.

Serve as the point of contact for clients, suppliers, and employees.

Coordinate project scheduling and communication.

Prepare and edit documents, contracts, proposals, and correspondence.

Organize and maintain project files, both digital and physical.

Assist with preparation of presentations and meetings.

Schedule appointments, team meetings, and coordinate executive calendars.

Handle confidential documentation and information with discretion.

Supervise, mentor, and delegate tasks to junior administrative staff.

Requirements

Minimum of an Associate's Degree in Business Administration or a related field. Bachelor's Degree preferred.

At least 5 years of experience in administrative roles, with 2 years in a senior position, within a construction firm.

Exceptional skills in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Superior oral and written communication skills.

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.

Knowledge of construction industry practices and terminologies desirable.
